As a result of what I do, I see a lot of divorced people go through pain and some never recover from that pain in a lifetime.

Yes, it's that bad

I was reading through a blog some time ago and saw a comment made by someone who is going through extreme pain as a result of a breakup.

When I read that comment, I quickly understood the extreme pain the writer is going through because I was right where she is.


The pain from divorce can take away your will to live, kill your self-confidence and make you feel worthless.


Most times the pain doesn't just end with you, it translates into other aspects of your life.

You find out that your productivity at work or business drops - you begin to lose your once rosy reputation in the eyes of your boss or clients.

Your relationship with your children and loved ones around you goes drastically bad.

You begin to hide from friends because you don't want them to see how messy things have become for you.

I have been there and can truly relate with all these.

When I got divorced 5 years ago, my life came crumbling right before my eyes.

My career became a mess and I was in and out of the ER with stomach issues caused by gastritis

It became worse that I had to visit a psychiatrist as a result of my dwindling mental health.

My mental health was shattered.


The fact that I am alive today to tell the story is a great testimony

Despite all that I went through after my divorce, I overcame, and I am at best point of my life right now and remarried to the best man who treats me like a Queen.


It wouldn't have been possible if I hadn't taken the right steps towards healing.

Capsule One: Mindset Gym

This is where your journey to healing begins. It begins with a change of mindset. In this step, we will be looking at certain mindsets that have kept you in that pain and stopped you from healing. 

We will be going deep to discover the mental strongholds that are holding you down. Every healing must start with a change of mind. So, we will kick off by doing the mind work, tearing down strongholds and building new thought patterns that will support the healing that you desire in your life.

This step is so important because you may not even believe that healing is possible, in this step we help you discover that it is and position you to desire it strongly.

Capsule Two: Starting Right

Once the work of the mind is done, the next thing is to start. In this step we look to outline the goals you would like to achieve by the time you finish this book. Starting right involves having concrete plans and KPIs that you would love to accomplish. 

It also means starting on a clean slate, where you know that you can build the life that you want. It does not matter how messed up you have been, or how terrible the heartbreak is. You can start all over again and build a life that you are proud of. 

This step is so important because if you do not start the right way, you will definitely struggle to heal properly.

Capsule Three: Understanding Your Patterns. 

In this step we look at your patterns. There have been patterns in your life and relationships that are responsible for the heartbreaks you have experienced. We need to identify those patterns and deal with them.

Many times, those patterns are the things we least expect them to be, but in this step we bring it to the light and deal with it. Here, you start seeing some habits you will need to eliminate and even some people you may need to stop hanging out with. It's that deep.

Capsule Four: Resetting The Defaults. 

It's time to hit the RESET button. In this chapter you basically RESET your life. This simply means that you say goodbye to the old you and start creating the new you from scratch. You go through the process of defining your new identity, values, goals, motivations and desires. 

Defining these concepts starts giving you an idea of the kind of person that you want to become. And it helps you reset and focus on becoming that kind of person. This is also a crucial step like all the other steps and it involves deep work.

Capsule Five: Let it go and Heal from inside. 

This is the chapter where you let go of the past. The past hurts, pain, emotions and everything from the past that you have been holding on to. If you keep clinging to the past, you cannot move forward. 

Here is where you let it go. 

You leave it all behind, and move forward. It is a very hard step because there are so many things from the past that you will find difficult letting go of. But you have to let go. You have to allow them to stay in the past, so you can pursue the future that you want. A future free of the pain of heartbreak.

Capsule Six: The Purpose of Forgiveness

This is a continuation of the fifth chapter but this is also a difficult capsule. Here we will help you to forgive all those who hurt you in the past. If you keep holding on to their wrongdoings, you will not progress, so here we look at forgiving them and letting them go. 

Forgiving everything they did to you and it does not matter if they apologized or not. You just forgive, so that you can release yourself from that prison and move on with your life.

Capsule Seven: The Progress Report. 

In this chapter, we look at how far you have come and how well you are doing. We audit every step you have taken so far, we double down on what is working and change the things that are not working.

Capsule Eight: Starting Afresh - Life after heartbreak

This is the final step. It is a healing step, where you start to recover the life that was stolen from you and live your best life. Here, we help you to start living again, to start thriving, and restore all the time that the heartbreak stole from you. 

This step is where you start noticing that you are not as toxic as you used to be. You will notice that you feel free and you are ready to start living again.
